How did you discover coaching?
By attending a seminar in 1995
How important is matching between client and coach?
I believe it is very important, there needs to be a chemical connection, they need to be able to connect at a very deep intuitive level
What is your coaching philosophy?
Follow the clients agenda, do everything I can to empower my client
What are the most important three qualities / features for a coach?
Being nonjudgemental, lots of compassion, lots of love
What advice would you give to a beginner coach?
Get as much coaching practice as you can with family, friends, colleagues, other students- anyone you can practice with
Would you like to tell us a short story about one of your client who achieved outstanding results after coaching sessions?
I coached a senior lady who is a solicitor and runs her own business, she fell in love with coaching herself and started to use coaching techniques with her own legal clients and because of that built one of the biggest legal practices in the city of Birmingham in the UK. Her reputation for being a caring loving solicitor has grown and her reputation has built in a huge way
What are the key criteria I should use in hiring a coach?
The qualifications they have, their level of accreditation, their experience and reputation in the market place
How coaching impacted your life?
It has completely changed my life and my focus, and helped me to understand how wonderful people are

What will happen with coaching market in Romania in the next 3 – 5 years?
It is going to grow very large especially within the corporate sector
