To put it simply, as a teenager I had high interest in knowing myself and boosting my self-esteem. After reading every personal development book I could get my hands on, I eventually discovered NLP (neuro-linguistic-programming) which were a tremendous help in changing my habits and thought patterns.
While I have taken various training courses in personal development and leadearship over the last 10 years, I decided to get certifications in NLP Practitioner, Master NLP and Coaching NLP by the International Association of NLP Institutes, the International Association for NLP and the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming as a result of training path with Daniel Bichis (20016-20018).
After graduatins I trained myself and gotten involved into nonprofit coaching projects, helping people to make major life changes and overcome challenges when nothing else has worked for them and discover specifically what they would like to achieve, to improve their time management skills and eliminating procrastination, identifing the obstacles that are holding them back and break down what steps need to be taken to move forward and accomplish their goals.
