Systemic coaching rests on a totally inclusive frame of reference or reality principle. To illustrate, systemic coaches perceive themselves as participating observers who are totally involved within their client contexts and issues, within their client objectives and ambitions, within their client behavioral patterns, processes and results.

 

By intimately participating in client issues and in client solutions, systemic coaches never consider themselves external nor neutral to client quests. Procesul de autodepasire-breakthrough este conceput ca un instrument de redefinire a limitelor, ambitiilor si reusitelor personale si profesionale, ce poate fi insa aplicat si la o serie de progresii calitative, cum ar fi reducerea drastica a termenelor-limita, diminuarea cheltuielilor, createrea calitatii, etc.

Grupul METACOACH de supervizare de coaching de director, de coaching de echipa si de consultanta are drept obiectiv indrumarea in formare si actiune a practicienilor confirmati in doua dimensiuni principale:

  dezvoltandu-le competenta profesionala, creativitatea si placerea in „meseriile” de coaching de director, de coaching de echipa si de consultant;

Programul “Fundamentele Coaching-ului” reprezinta, practic, un instrument complet de formare si dezvoltare care se adreseaza atat incepatorilor in acest domeniu de activitate cat si coach-ilor deja atestati in diverse sisteme de formare si care resimt nevoia unor antrenamente pentru dezvoltare.

Prin setul de aplicatii structurate pe probleme cheie si exercitii practice supervizate, programul se adreseaza tuturor celor care doresc sa foloseasca efectiv si eficient instrumente de comunicare performanta in activitatea lor: manageri, recruiteri, reprezentanti de vanzari, consultanti, specialisti HR, traineri, ziaristi, profesori etc.

Formatul propus, alcatuit din 4 sesiuni care se desfasoara pe parcursul unui an calendaristic, este un program complet de formare si exersare a tehnicilor fundamentale in coaching.
