I have 20 years’ experience in Human Resources field in Romania and abroad, and I acquired an extensive experience in working with different typologies of people, with a diverse cultural background, expatriates or repatriates.
My experience is concretised in more than 6000 interviews and evaluations based on soft & hard skills, and in more than 800 hours of individual coaching & training programs.
I created and delivered workshops on Intercultural Management, Effective Communication & MBTI Typology.
I create and implement tailor made programs, for corporate and individual clients, structured on various subjects, such as: Emotional Intelligence, Intercultural skills, Leadership abilities, Self Esteem, Communication Skills, Stress management; Development of Strategic Thinking; Management & proficient use of emotions.
